The events will run in a jam format with all aspects of downhill riding welcome, not just sliding.
Tuition available is asked for.
£10 minimum to skate. Bring and buy – the idea of this is in true Blue Peter fashion, bring yer skate stuff, buy some skate stuff, with all proceeds going to the cause. There will be a UK Con...nection stall with great products from our sponsors that will be available to buy at fantastic prices, tees, beaters, badges and a fun lucky dip. These products have been given to us with the sole intention of raising funds, not simply as prizes.
Although we are organising these events, the whole downhill community needs to feel ownership of them, doing whatever possible to ensure success. We will gratefully consider anybody's fund-raising ideas, just let us know.
Whatever you do this summer, make sure you come to at least one of these events, and support UK downhill.
